CONSTANTIA ACCOMMODATION

Southdown Cottage is a substantial lodging offering two large bedrooms, each with the option of king sized or twin beds. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite dressing room with ample cupboards including a small safe, also an en-suite bathroom.
There is a separate guest bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The downstairs bedroom is very commodious and gives access to the adjacent rose garden.
The large kitchen is fully equipped, including full laundry facilities.
The separate lounge/dining room is similarly spacious, sufficiently comfortable and tastefully appointed to encourage the entertainment of your guests.
This area opens onto a wide north facing covered patio and adjacent private garden, including barbecue facilities, -providing a warm sun trap for all seasons which has become a favourite with our overseas visitors,-especially for lingering over morning coffee or sundowners.

Built on 2 levels, Southdown Cottage has 2 spacious double bedrooms, (upstairs main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and room safe.)

Second large bedroom (downstairs) has video and DVD player.

Large north facing covered patio opens onto a private garden with dedicated barbecue
Guests have full access to the swimming pool and larger garden.
Well insulated and cool in summer.
Underfloor heating throughout.
Daily servicing included (except Sundays)
