RATES FOR SOUTHDOWN COTTAGE

High Season

22 Nov-14 Dec
1 Feb 2011-31 March 2011

R1200 per couple per night occupying one bedroom
Additional R100 per couple per night if occupying both bedrooms
R150 per additional person per night (occupying second bedroom)
i.e. total cost for 3 persons = R1350 per night, for 4 persons =R1500
( Cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 persons per night)

Peak Season

15 Dec 2010 -31 Jan 2011

R1300 per couple per night occupying one bedroom
Additional R100 per couple per night if occupying both bedrooms
R150 per additional person per night

Low Season

1 Sept 2010- 21 November 2010

R990 per couple per night occupying one bedroom
Additional R100 couple per night if occupying both bedrooms
R150 per additional person per night

Note:
- Maximum accommodation of 4 people.
- Minimum booking of 3 nights.
- Rates will be subject to review at any time.
- 50% deposit to secure booking, balance payable on or before arrival.

Winter Special for August and September

- R800 per night for a minimum of 3 nights
- accommodation for a couple occupying one bedroom.
(The additional rates apply for extra persons or for two people occupying 2 bedrooms)
