THE GARDEN…

Southdown Cottage is nestled in a private corner of an expansive 2 acre property, accessed by a separate driveway. The garden is an informal parkland of trees and grass with herbaceous borders, an adjacent, rose garden and extensive plantings of Clivias and Camellias. In summer a profusion of alstroemarias, agapanthas,and hydrangias further contribute to a colourful display. Guests have full access to the swimming pool and remainder of the garden. The main house, separated by a comfortable distance, is occupied by your hosts, John and Joy Rourke,- long-standing residents who relish the tranquility and beauty of this location.

Dawn Ave is a quiet residential street of a mere 10 houses, all large properties with expansive gardens. Lying towards the foothill of table Mountain, it is well elevated, and overlooks the Constantia valley and False Bay. Adjoining the arterial links of Southern Cross Drive and Monterey/Rhodes Drive, it is easy to find and exceptionally well located with convenient access to all the key areas of regional interest.

SECURITY
